“蓝雁”二字取自毛主席诗词《清平乐·六盘山》中的诗句“天高云淡，望断南飞雁”。“蓝”，为蓝天之意，意为天高云淡，中国法律形势一片大好，律师事业大有可为。同时也代表律师的理性与胸怀；

“雁”，为禽中之冠，自古被视为“仁、义、礼、智、信”五常俱全的灵物，天生自律、守则、讲团队。
